Zhang Zhi Quan, a 35-year-old chef in Taiwan, won two gold medals in the competition held up in Beijing. If you want to take part in the competition, you have to be at least 35 years, not less than 18 years relative experience, and you have to got more than 4 prizes in any international competition.
With two Taiwanese dishes, Gold Armor and Overture in the Morning, Zhang got the champions. Congratulations!!
